Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)
The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) is a fantastic government initiative designed to support eligible children up to the age of 17 with essential dental care.
This government-funded program provides parents with financial assistance for essential dental services for their child’s oral health and hygiene, including a check-up and clean, x-rays, fillings, and extractions.
With a cap of $1095 over two consecutive calendar years for each child, the CDBS is a valuable program for your child’s oral health. To qualify for the CDBS, your child simply needs to:
- Be between the ages of 2 and 17 years old
- Be eligible for Medicare
- Be receiving certain Australian Government payments, either individually or as part of a family, at least once a year
Ask our friendly reception team about your eligibility or for more information. Let us help ensure your child’s bright and healthy smile they can take into adulthood.

We are thrilled to share the fantastic news that we have achieved full accreditation from QIP (Quality Innovation Performance). This accomplishment affirms our commitment to delivering top-tier dental care and making a lasting positive impact on the oral health of families within our local community. QIP accreditation is a voluntary acknowledgment that underscores our dental practice's dedication to providing exceptional dental services while continuously elevating our patient care standards. The accreditation process revolves around seamlessly integrating the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS) into our daily operations, with an unyielding emphasis on patient safety. Working hand in hand with QIP, the Australian Dental Association developed this accreditation framework for dental practices, focusing on the six National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards relevant to the field of dentistry.
