GAP Free Terms

The Scale and Clean does not include a second visit for the treatment, the use of anaesthesia, deep clean, periodontal charting OPG and Lateral Ceph’s are not covered under the Gap Free Treatment that we provide unless the dentist states otherwise
This package is available once every six months; Health Fund cards must be present on the day of treatment or the full price will have to be paid and patient will have to claim for themselves

New Patient Offer

The “New Patient Offer” is available to new patients only, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Clinical indications may necessitate deferral of the offer pending completion of treatment diagnosed in the best interest of the patient, at the standard practice fee level – where this occurs, treatment that was included in the offer will be continued at a subsequent date when clinical indications are appropriate. The offer is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. The patient must mention the ‘new patient offer’ at the time of booking.

Reactivation Offer

This existing patient “reactivation” offer is only available to existing patients. For existing patients who have private health insurance with adequate dental cover, the services and products included in the offer will be provided by us to you at no additional cost. For existing patients who are non-health fund members, this offer is available for $199 (GST-inclusive).

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

This offer includes 1x dental examination, 1x scale, clean and polish, 1x fluoride treatment and 2x bitewing x-rays (if required). Plus, 1x Oral B Vitality Electric Toothbrush. The free toothbrush will be provided upon completion of the dental check-up and clean. The toothbrush must be collected in person at the practice; delivery options are not available. Only one toothbrush may be claimed per patient. This offer is only available as long as the stock of Oral B Vitality Electric Toothbrushes dedicated as gifts under this offer lasts.

To claim this offer, you must present our reception teams with the exclusive offer Email or SMS you’ve received.

To ensure you receive the most appropriate treatment, your dentist will evaluate your teeth condition at your appointment to consider whether the treatment included in this offer is suitable for you. If we consider it is not, i.e. you may need alternative/additional treatments, we will offer details of those treatments to you, including details of our standard rates. We will otherwise provide the treatment included in this offer to you at a later agreed date, having regard to your teeth condition.

Please note you will need to check your health fund policy to determine which portion of your fee is covered. While DentArana accepts all major health funds, not all health funds offer the same level of benefits, and your level of coverage will affect your “out-of-pocket” costs.
This offer cannot be redeemed for cash, be transferred to another individual or be replaced. You must not promote this offer to any other person for sale and it can only be redeemed by you. The photo(s) used are stock photos of people who are not patients of DentArana, employees or affiliates.
