Terms & Conditions

In these terms, a reference to we, us, our or Dent Arana means DENTARANA PTY LTD (ABN 96 122 819 292) and a reference to you, your or a Participant means the individual participating in the Offer.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers provided by Dent Arana. Some offers have dedicated pages on our website with specific details. Where such pages exist, they should be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions. Where offers do not have separate pages, their details are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions as set out below.

GAP Free Terms

The Scale and Clean does not include a second visit for the treatment, the use of anaesthesia, deep clean, periodontal charting OPG and Lateral Ceph’s are not covered under the Gap Free Treatment that we provide unless the dentist states otherwise this package is available once every six months; Health Fund cards must be present on the day of treatment or the full price will have to be paid and patient will have to claim for themselves

New Patient Offer

The “New Patient Offer” is available to new patients only, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Clinical indications may necessitate deferral of the offer pending completion of treatment diagnosed in the best interest of the patient, at the standard practice fee level – where this occurs, treatment that was included in the offer will be continued at a subsequent date when clinical indications are appropriate. The offer is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. The patient must mention the ‘new patient offer’ at the time of booking.

Mouthguard Offer

Offer includes 1 x custom-fitted colour mouthguard No Gap (or $149 for non-health fund members) following your next check-up or consultation.

Redemption Process

To claim this Offer, you must mention the Offer at the time of booking your appointment or to the reception at the time of your appointment.

Offer Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to the eligibility and use of the Offer:

• This Offer can only be redeemed once per person;
• After the initial redemption, you can replace the mouthguard for $149;
• This Offer can be used in conjunction with any other offers; and
• You must check your health fund policy to determine which portion of your fee is covered. While we accept all major health funds, not all health funds provide the same level of benefits and your level of cover will affect your “out-of-pocket” costs.

To claim this offer, you must present our reception teams with the exclusive offer Email or SMS you’ve received.

To ensure you receive the most appropriate treatment, your dentist will evaluate your teeth condition at your appointment to consider whether the treatment included in this offer is suitable for you. If we consider it is not, i.e. you may need alternative/additional treatments, we will offer details of those treatments to you, including details of our standard rates. We will otherwise provide the treatment included in this offer to you at a later agreed date, having regard to your teeth condition.

General Terms

These general terms apply to all offers, whether detailed on separate offer pages or incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. Participants should always check our website for the most current offer details. Offers may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

All dental procedures carry risks. Please consult your dentist about the risks and benefits specific to your treatment before proceeding. You may be required to provide medical history information prior to any consultation or treatment. Providing this information does not obligate you to proceed with any treatment.

Advertising Images: Images used in promoting our Offers are stock images for illustrative purposes only. Outcomes shown are not guaranteed and individual results may vary. For specific treatment information and expected outcomes, please contact us for a personalised consultation.

No Guaranteed Outcome: We cannot guarantee specific treatment results. Outcomes vary based on individual factors.

Additional Terms: Your appointment, procedure, or service may be subject to separate terms provided by the dental practitioner. Specific products may have additional third-party terms. We recommend reviewing all applicable terms before proceeding with any treatment or accepting any offer.

Consequential Loss: To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for any consequential, special, or indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, savings, reputation, use, or data, howsoever arising.

Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, war, contamination, pandemics, or government-mandated shutdowns (Force Majeure Events).

Consumer Law: The Australian Consumer Law and similar legislation may confer you with rights, warranties, guarantees and remedies relating to the Offer which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (Consumer Law Rights). These Terms excludes those Consumer Law Rights. Subject to your Consumer Law Rights, we provide all aspects of this Offer without any additional conditions or warranties, except where expressly set out in these Terms.

Liability: Each party’s liability under these Terms will be reduced to the extent the other party caused or contributed to the loss, including by failing to mitigate.

Costs: Participants are responsible for all costs of claiming the Offer, including taxes and charges. We recommend checking health fund coverage for appointment fees. Participants should check their specific health fund policy to determine what portion of the appointment fee, if any, is covered. Health fund coverage may change depending on your provider. While DentArana accepts all major health funds, not all health funds offer the same level of benefits, and your level of coverage will affect your “out-of-pocket” costs.

Third Party Products and Services: If the Offer includes third-party services or products, Participants may need to accept the third party’s terms before accepting the Offer. We will notify you of any such terms.

Privacy: Each party agrees to comply with the legal requirements of the Australian Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and any other applicable legislation or privacy guidelines.

Amendments: These Terms and Conditions may be amended or replaced from time to time if required.

Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by New South Wales law. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales courts and waive any objection to proceedings in these courts.

Dispute Resolution: Disputes must first be addressed in good faith with DentArana. If unresolved, parties may seek mediation, sharing costs equally.
