Offer details
The Offer
DentArana is offering eligible patients who attend the DentArana Smile Aligner Open Day on Friday 4 December 2026 between 8:00am and 5:00pm at DentArana(Open Day) and see Dr Hardi (Dentist) the following:
Open Day Consultation:
A complimentary:
- 30-minute consultation;
- smile assessment;
- customised treatment plan;
- 3D digital scan; and
- x-rays and photos, where the Dentist considers them clinically required for your assessment.
- Treatment Offer (deposit and financial agreement required). If the Dentist determines, in their sole discretion, that you are suitable for treatment and you pay the $500 deposit towards your treatment on the Open Day and enter into a financial agreement with DentArana within 7 days of the Open Day, you will receive:
- a discount on the treatment fee of $500 for a simple case or $1,000 for a complex case, being the maximum discount available to you. The amount that applies to you is entirely subject to the Dentist’s sole discretion as to whether your case is a simple case or a complex case (Discount); and
- on completion of your treatment, a take-home whitening kit (valued at $450) and an electric toothbrush (Complimentary Items),
(together, the Treatment Offer).
Treatment Fees
Outside of this Offer, treatment fees for clear aligner treatment otherwise start from:
- $4,990 for a simple case (usually 6-9 months); and
- $6,990 for a complex case (usually 12 – 24 months).
Deposit
The Treatment Offer is available only if the Dentist, in their sole clinical discretion, considers you suitable for treatment. To lock in the Treatment Offer, you must:
- pay a deposit of $500 (Deposit) on the Open Day, after the Dentist has provided your treatment plan and quote; and
- enter into a financial agreement with DentArana for the balance of your treatment fee within 7 days of the Open Day (Financial Agreement).
The Deposit will be applied towards your treatment fee. If you do not pay the Deposit on the Open Day, or do not enter into the Financial Agreement within 7 days of the Open Day, the Treatment Offer will not be available to you and any later treatment will be at DentArana's standard fees. You are not required to pay the Deposit to receive the Open Day Consultation.
Deposit Cooling-Off Period
You may change your mind after paying the Deposit. To do so, notify DentArana in writing at dentarana@dentarana.com.au within 7 days of paying the Deposit (Cooling-Off Period). If you cancel within the Cooling-Off Period:
- DentArana will refund the Deposit in full within 10 business days, using the original payment method;
- the Treatment Offer will cease to apply; and
- any Financial Agreement you have entered into will also be cancelled.
If treatment has commenced during the Cooling-Off Period at your request, the Deposit will be refundable only to the extent that it exceeds the fees for services already provided. After the Cooling-Off Period, the Deposit is refundable only as set out in your treatment agreement or Financial Agreement with DentArana or as required by law. This clause does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Discount
The Dentist will determine, in their sole clinical discretion, whether your treatment is a simple case or a complex case, and the amount of the Discount that applies to you. The maximum Discount will not apply to every patient. The Dentist's classification of your case as a simple case or a complex case is made in their sole discretion, is final and depends on your individual clinical needs. The Discount is $500 for a simple case and $1,000 for a complex case. The Discount applies to the treatment fee quoted to you and has no cash value.
The Treatment Offer is available only for simple cases and complex cases. It is not available for any other type of treatment or case, including cases that the Dentist determines are unsuitable for clear aligner treatment.
Complimentary Items
The whitening kit and electric toothbrush are provided complimentary at the conclusion of your aligner treatment. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
Offer Period
The Open Day Offer is available only on Friday 4 December 2026, between 8:00am and 5:00pm. It cannot be redeemed on any other day. The Financial Agreement must be entered into within 7 days after the Open Day to secure the Treatment Offer.
Redemption Process

Offer Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to the eligibility and use of the Open Day Offer:
- you must be 18 years or older;
- the Open Day Offer is available only with Dr Hardi, and only at the Open Day at DentArana clinic;
- the Treatment Offer is available only for simple cases and complex cases, as determined by the Dentist;
- only one Open Day Offer can be redeemed per person;
- the Open Day Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion and is not available to existing aligner patients of DentArana;
- the Treatment Offer is subject to professional assessment and clinical suitability determination by the Dentist; and
- DentArana cannot guarantee that you will be found clinically suitable for clear aligner treatment.
General Terms
You must complete a medical history form before your Open Day Consultation to assist the Dentist's evaluation. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment following the Open Day Consultation.
The Open Day Consultation is intended only to assess whether you may be a suitable candidate for clear aligners. It does not check for tooth decay, gum disease or other dental concerns. If the Dentist considers you suitable, you may need a check-up, clean or other treatment before starting aligner treatment. The Dentist will give you DentArana's standard fees for any such treatment, which are not covered by the Discount.
DentArana will use reasonable endeavours to help you achieve your desired results, but individual responses and results vary and no particular result is guaranteed. Treatment duration depends on individual clinical needs.
Clear aligner treatment is available only following the consultation process described in these terms.
